What the heck is going on with UFOs? (Part 2b)

It appears as if the Intelligence Community is up to their usual shenanigans with respect to aliens but now the scale and volume have been cranked up to 11. I have a theory as to why.

I’ve received some feedback that it wasn’t completely clear what I was trying to say with respect to the disinformation campaign and how the various folks in the intelligence/defense sphere were interacting with it.

I intended to suggest that there might be a possibility that the good-faith of these public-facing people may have been exploited by elements of the intelligence community that were orchestrating the operation with the intent to disseminate a more salacious meme of “crashed saucers containing biological alien beings” etc. in an attempt to conflate it with Professor Loeb’s more reasonable theory that interstellar objects may simply be artificial space trash. The purpose would be to obscure a completely valid scientific hypothesis and associate it with the plot to a low-budget sci-fi movie.
